House Rules & Lounge Conduct

1. General Conduct

Respect: Treat all staff and fellow clients with courtesy and respect.

Language: Please keep language appropriate for a professional environment.

Noise Level: Maintain reasonable conversation volumes to ensure everyone's comfort.

Personal Space: Respect others' personal space and privacy.

2. BYOB Lounge Rules

Age Requirement: Must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID to consume alcohol.

Container Policy: No glass containers - cans and plastic bottles only.

Consumption Limits: Drink responsibly - we reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated clients.

No Sharing: Do not share alcohol with other clients or minors.

Cleanup: Dispose of containers in designated recycling bins.

No Outside Food: Only beverages are permitted - no outside food allowed.

3. Gaming & Entertainment

Fair Play: Take turns and be considerate of others waiting to play.

Time Limits: Gaming sessions limited to 30 minutes when others are waiting.

Equipment Care: Handle all gaming equipment with care - you're responsible for damages.

Volume Control: Keep gaming volume at reasonable levels.

No Gambling: No gambling or betting on games is permitted.

4. Lounge Amenities

Seating: Lounge seating is first-come, first-served basis.

WiFi: Free WiFi available - password available at front desk.

Charging Stations: Phone charging stations available throughout the lounge.

Reading Materials: Magazines and newspapers are for lounge use only.

Climate Control: Please don't adjust thermostats - notify staff for comfort issues.

5. Membership Privileges

Priority Access: Members get priority booking and lounge access.

Guest Policy: Members may bring one guest per visit.

Extended Hours: Members may access lounge 30 minutes before/after regular hours.

Special Events: Members get exclusive invites to special events and promotions.

Reciprocal Privileges: Membership may include access to partner locations.

6. Safety & Security

Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with emergency exit locations.

Personal Belongings: Secure your personal items - we're not responsible for theft.

Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, or outside alcohol brands.

Surveillance: Premises are monitored by security cameras for everyone's safety.

Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or concerns to staff immediately.

7. Dress Code

Casual Upscale: Smart casual attire preferred - no strict dress code.

Footwear: Shoes required at all times - no bare feet.

Cleanliness: Please maintain good personal hygiene for everyone's comfort.

8. Enforcement

Warnings: First violations typically result in a verbal warning.

Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary lounge suspension.

Permanent Ban: Serious violations may result in permanent ban from premises.

Law Enforcement: Illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement.

Appeals: Disciplinary actions may be appealed to management.
