1. Service Agreement

By booking an appointment with The Barber, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include professional haircuts, beard trims, hair coloring, and luxury lounge access.

2. Booking & Appointments

Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Confirmation: All appointments require confirmation via email or SMS.

Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.

No-Shows: Failure to show up without 24-hour notice may result in a service fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-Day Cancellations: May incur a 50% service fee.

Emergency Cancellations: Medical emergencies and family emergencies are exempt from fees.

Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available with 24-hour notice.

4. BYOB Policy

Alcohol Permitted: Clients may bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy during services.

Age Verification: Must be 21+ with valid ID to consume alcohol on premises.

Responsible Consumption: We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated clients.

No Glass Containers: Please bring beverages in cans or plastic containers only.

Cleanup: Clients are responsible for disposing of their containers properly.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change with 30-day notice.

Gratuity: Tips are appreciated but not required.

Packages: Service packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.

6. Service Limitations

Hair Condition: We reserve the right to refuse chemical services on damaged hair.

Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before service.

Consultation: Complex services may require a consultation appointment.

Results: Hair texture and condition may affect final results.

7. Liability

Personal Property: The Barber is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Allergic Reactions: Clients must disclose allergies; we are not liable for undisclosed reactions.

Satisfaction: We will make reasonable efforts to correct unsatisfactory services.

Insurance: Our services are covered by professional liability insurance.
